Lira Melo is a married mom of three and a dedicated high school teacher. When she’s not wrangling teenagers at school or managing the beautiful chaos at home, she escapes into the worlds of books—either curled up reading or weaving her own stories. Drawing on her love of fantasy and heartfelt romances, Lira crafts tales that whisk readers away on magical journeys filled with passion, courage, and strength.She is the creator of the Serisborne Universe and currently has two duets published. the Soulmarked Duet, follows the lives of Avia McDowell and Kael Logano, while the Hidden Bond Duet follows the story of Avia’s best friend, Jocelyn Greyson, and Kael’s best friend, Gabriel Lawson.The 2026-2027 school year is full of busy and exciting things for Lira as she is teaching a new class at school and pursuing a leadership certification to further her career in education. Unfortunately, that means that the next duet is not slated for release before June 2027. She appreciates your patience and support as she tackles her upcoming challenges.
